• JiR Ltd (JobinRwanda.com) provides free advert posting services to the public institutions and to the selected Micro companies in Rwanda. Any public institution or private company based in Rwanda and meeting the characteristics of a Micro organization as described here-below can post a free advert on jobinrwanda.com under provision of JobinRwanda’s approval. The Government of Rwanda has defined the size of organizations based on the following criteria whereby two of the three conditions must be met. Job in Rwanda Site Restrictions.
