About the job
- The Site Manager is responsible for the operational management of a site/construction site. He/She ensures the proper execution of the work in compliance with deadlines, budget, quality and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities
- Supervise internal teams and contractors
- Plan the work and ensure that the schedule is respected
- Guarantee the quality of the projects in accordance with the technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and regulations in force
- Manage the site's human and material resources
- Track costs, control budget, and optimize spending
- Ensure communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Write progress reports and report alerts
- Identify and resolve technical or organizational issues
Requirements
- Technical training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, construction, civil engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience in site or site management
- Strong team management skills
- Good knowledge of HSE standards
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
